OUR HISTORY
In 1992, we launched the first national apartment magazine who's main source of distribution was direct mail. 20 years after we launched, that company was sold to a national publication, but we never let go of our passion for direct mail, and started ApartmentPostcards.com.
ApartmentPostcards.com is a national creative ad agency geared toward the Multi-Family Housing market. We specialize in custom designed and printed collateral, and of course, direct mail postcards. ApartmentPostcards.com has direct mailed over 20 million qualified prospects in it's short history, and has gained the industry reputation as the "Apartment Direct Mail Experts".
MultiFamilyApps.com was founded in 2015 to provide a innovative marketing opportunity that was lacking in our industry. To this day, we are the only app company that focuses both on Prospects and Current Residents.
